We once had two cockatiels; a male and female. The male wasn't very friendly and would bite whenever the mood struck. (I don't think his previous owner was very nice to him.) The female was hand-raised since birth and was the gentlest thing. After the male died we gave the female to friends who could give it more attention than we could. She's still alive, living somewhere Florida. (Lucky bird. )

She is pretty.. We have a Quaker, Money. I have to take off my jewelry when I get her out or I get bit every time. She has a thing for shiny things and my skin gets in her way.

yeah she likes to bite at my rings too lol = ) but she just bites the jewelry thankfully and not me...her beak needs trimmed but Daniel will have to do that next week when i'm on vacation...

Thanks = ) her name is sweetheart = ) but she wasn't so much that day lol...i think her beak needs clipped/trimmed so daniel is taking her next week to get that done..
