Tubal Ligation and Menopause
How young is to young to be going through the early stages of menopause? I've been having crazy mood swings, hot and cold randomly, sleeping problems that sort of thing for quite a while now. It comes and goes but it's mostly here. Someone I was speaking to suggested that possible I was going through early menopause? I had tubal ligation done at a fairly early age...before 30, I'm turning 33 this year and they suggested that may contribute to early menopause also. The person I spoke to had a couple of friends who went through it in their early 30's. What do ya all think? I do know that I'm under a lot of stress and pressure the last few months with all the changes at work and home but ? Is there a way to tell if it is menopause if I was to go to my doc? What will they do for me if it's 100% that I'm going through it early? Help! I'm tired of seeing 4am everyday!
http://www.earlymenopause.com/symptoms.htm I don't know how to make this link clickable but... I don't know how reliable that site is but that sounds like me. The breast tenderness, weight gain/bloating and infertility are probably about the only symptoms I don't have Last night I was so darn tired because I can't sleep that I fell asleep outside on our porch swing with my coat on wrapped up in a blanket for two hours!! I went in to bed at 11pm and it's February.
Perimenopause can start as early as 30. http://www.webmd.com/menopause/guide/guide-perimenopause I also remember reading something about Post Tubal Sydrome, but can't remember the specifics.
I don't know, but I will be reading the link that Trina has posted. I was told by my doctor that i was experienceing early menopause. But iI swear I didnt' nto have any of these symptoms until after I had my tubal ligation 13 months ago. I have only had the hot flashes. I dont' experience them that ofter thank God. but when I do have them it's not pretty
