Help creating an email ID
I have been sitting here for a while now trying to come up with an id to use to create an email account. I don't want to use any part of my name. But everything that I come up with sounds so cheesy. I like MorningGlory (which is taken). I'm not good at being creative and nothing good is coming to mind. Can you all give me some ideas that I can use for an id? Also what are some other free email accounts besides yahoo, hotmail and aol?
Gmail is my favorite free email, the storage and features are great. Try adding a number to the end of MorningGlory, or making it MorninGlorii or something similar. I know Gmail will make suggestions if it's not available. The only time I would say you *should* use your name is if it will be used for business, like on a resume.
YOu could spell it wrong...like mrngglory or AM-glory. Morninggglory. I often use my initials, like here...my name is Kim, but Kaye is my user name (there was already a kim). So you could spell out your initials Like AC would be AyCee, and you could add numbers at the end if needed, but I don't usually make those bdays or such. You could use todays date 211.
I agree with Crystal that gmail has great features and you can't beat the size of your inbox there. my email is tarable2 because tarable1 was taken (hehehe) .... it is a nickname i got as a kid. My oldest dd's email is our cat's name... Just something to think about. Email addresses are hard to come up with.. sometimes you can come up with something using your initials or just a favorite flower or something. Good luck!
That's why I either use dawnk777, because it's never taken, or amsun, since my name means morning, or break of day.
Which of these do you all like the best? Should I put an underscore between the words to separate them? I will use family birthdays to add numbers to these if the one I decide on is already taken. Dixiemae rainbowlight moonglow starbright Autumnrose whitedoves Browneyedgirl butterflykisses
I'm not sure which I like best, but I wouldn't put an underscore because it makes it more difficult to type and to tell people when you are trying to give your addy.
Agreed no underscore. My email is the first two letters of each of my kids names. Doesn't make up a word but it is easy for anyone that knows me to remember off of the top of their head.
Ditto on the no underscore!!! I have one and I HATE it. A pain in the neck to tell people, and a huge pain to type, and when writing it in on a line on a form, impossible to see!!
