A very good friend of mine turned 50 this past Monday. Her dh mentioned to me that he would like to have a party for her, but didn't know how to get her out of the house and people there etc...So...silly me says, lets have it at my house!!! Throw Christmas and dd's birthday in there and this is a crazy enough month! So, I have between 30 to 40 people coming to my house at 6:30 and here I sit!!! Luckily other people are bringing the food, so I only have to clean, but i don't feel like doing it and so I have been doing a little and then doing something else. LOL I have got to get moving!!

Well, the cleaning is done and my dd and her dd just finished decorating!! I am all ready! I just hope my house survives!! LOL Bring on the margaritias!!

It went perfect!! She was surprised beyond belief and my house still is intact!! LOL It is amazing how little clean up there is when everyone else brings the food and takes it home. I just had to throw a few glasses and serving pieces in the dishwasher and wipe up counters!! Now today I will scrub the floor good, but other than that, my house looks great!! Thanks for asking. I was very nervous about having that many people over and where I was going to put them, but it all worked itself out great!!

I did have a good time!! The only reason I was so nervous about my house was that there were lots of little ones running around too. Two young boys in paticular that had me worried. LOL I am not one to be so anal about the house that I don't live in it, but I guess you have to know some of the kids that were here to understand. LOL But anyway, it was a great time and I think everyone was relaxed and felt at home and had a good time too!!
