Day 3 smoking
Well I was doing ok, for a while I had a bit of nervous break down , of course at work, went looking for co worker who I knew smoked, got to him, but he only had a half a cig, left in his pack. We went down to the cafetria and got a coffee, and the craving passed. Right now i am beening trained for different buildings ( cleaning) and out buildings as well. I am such a chicken when it comes to new stuff, in the end I know it will be alright, it is the unknown, so when my boss said she wanted to put me on training for out buildings, I said no thanks, and she proceeded to tell me I would be loosing hours, so I called her back and said ok, after I calmed down of course. She said she was really worried about me taking zyban, and the patch, but I told her it was doctor percribed. I lucked into a free christmas dinner at where I work, they had the whole nine yards, band and everything, it was really good. I happened to be sitting with my co worker when he told my supervisor he could not go, so she asked me if I wanted to take his spot, so I did. It was a nice change. I am really tired now, don't feel like I did much with my day, but still feel exhausted. talk to you tommorrow
Hang in there!! My husband quit in September, he used the smoke away system, it worked really well for him, he had tried quitting twice before and he wasn't able to stick to it. I think his frame of mind was different this time too though, he really made the committment. You can do it!!
what is the smoke away system? I have never heard of that one before. It is the zyban that I think is making me so emotional. I just have to not give in to it, because that is when I really want a cig.
Keep going... don't give up!! You're one day closer to kicking this thing!
The smoke away system is a natural herbal supplement that you take for a week (it's a lot of pill swallowing!). We ordered it online at www.smokeaway.com You can go check it out there. Good luck!
Keep up the good work! You can do it! My dh quit cold turkey in August 1992 and he is really glad he did.
