HELP with #5 (My friend will NOT tell me!)

By Kate on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 - 09:10 am:

Okay, drum roll please......number five is.....

THE NUTCRACKER SUITE!!!! :)

I can't take any credit for this, though. I passed it off to my incredibly smart friend who managed to get all of them, as I knew she would. :)

By Lauram on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 - 09:30 am:

OMG! TOTALLY! Thanks! :)

By Kate on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 - 09:33 am:

She also explains number 21--it is a knight full of holes from machine guns, hence 'O Holy Night'.

From the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary:

One entry found for strafe.
Main Entry: strafe

Kate, thanks for the "Nutcracker Suite"---that was driving me crazy. I was thinking "2 shrinks in a flat" and along those lines coming up with euphemisms for psychiatrist and apartment. And, yep that was my rationale for "O Holy Night." I had to go to m-w.com to look up strafe as well---LOL. At least I'll be able to sleep better tonight :)

By Lauram on Thursday, December 16, 2004 - 11:02 am:

Pam- It's been keeping me up, too!

Kate- I have different answers for 7, 16 and 24.

7. Good King Wenceslas
16. The First Noel
24. Silent Night

And what in the world is Carol of the Bells? of Ring the Bells?

By Lauram on Thursday, December 16, 2004 - 06:51 pm:

Ok- My mom convinced me 7 is Silent Night.... I guess that makes 24 wrong too.
