Looking for sayings to go with treat items
It's down to crunch time for teacher and neighbor gifts.
I'm trying to find some kind of saying to stick on some kind of treat that wishes the recipient a Merry Christmas.
I'm looking for inexpensive ideas. The only one I can think of/remember is:
"We WHISK you a Merry KISS-mas" You use an inexpensive wire whisk and fill it up with hershey's kisses then top it off with a pretty bow.
I remember someone giving us a large hershey bar one year with the cutest poem on it. It was related to the hershey bar and Christmas. I can't remember what it said though. So it's pretty useless to me right now!
Does anyone else have any ideas for a cute inexpensive treat?
I like the whisk idea. I actually received one as part of a wedding gift. I loved it.
Hershey's Hugs and Kisses
Fill up teacups or coffee mugs with Hershey's Hugs and Kisses. You could also use miniature terra cotta pots. Using tulling or cellophane, tie up with ribbons and attach the following poem on a hang tag. Use the spring wrapped Hersheys Kisses for spring and the holiday wrapped ones for Christmas. You could also use Christmas mugs for Christmas favors. Aso decorating the terra cotta pots with Christmas designs is another idea.
Attach poem:
Our hugs and kisses we should share,
To show others that we care.
These hugs and kisses I'd like to send,
To one I consider a true and great friend.
And so it is that these are sent your way,
With hopes and prayers that you have a great day!
