I went to the gyno today and I mentioned my night sweats to him. The first thing he said is "you're too young to got through menopause". I have to go back next Fri, the 10th for blood tests.

He did say that it is rare, but it could be menopause. I guess we will see.

If I am not menopausal, I will be changing my birth control to the patch. It will be nice to not worry about taking a pill every day.

I'm 41 and get night sweats occasionally. Although I used to get them at times when I was much younger and on the pill. I also got them when I was breastfeeding. I've read they're caused by hormonal fluctuations. You may be young for menopause but not too young for perimenopause.
