I have already paid (via paypal) for, what I thought was a good idea, a deck of cards for my dad and step mom. It was set up to have pictures of family on each card and I was so excited to give it to them. I ordered the deck in July at photoplayingcards.com and the guy I talked to on the phone said that I was going to receive them in 2 weeks.
I STILL have not received them and I've called, emailed, and even requested a refund through paypal. NOTHING. UGH. Does anyone know what I can do? (I've even threatened him with a "third party" intervention. My friend is a lawyer but I really don't want to have to do that.) I just want the cards or my money.

If you have been calling and e-mailing and still no reply, I have no idea, seems like that is all you can do. Is this company trustworthy or could it have been a scam? My second guess would be that they could have gotten lost in the mail. I don't really have any advice, I hope someone on here can help you out though.

Simply go into Paypal and dispute the transaction. They will mediate. The longer you wait the less likely they will help you so do it quickly.
