I've seen a movie called "Without a Trace" but not sure if it's the same one, is it where there is a little boy missing? It's an older movie from late 70's early 80's I would guess? Probably not the same movie, I don't remember being nude pictures or anything like that in it.

If I remember right: She ended up going to that cheap plastic surgeon that her co-worker suggested before she got on the show. She was devasted b/c the guy at the restaurant that she was in love with said he was disgusted with her after the night they spent together and she realized that the plastic surgery didn't help at all. So she went to the surgeon to have everything undone. This dr had no liscense so when things went wrong he kidnapped her so he wouldn't get into trouble. They found her alive and the first person she asked for was her long time guy friend--Paul?? Hope this helps (and I hope my memory is good enough)
