I've always considered myself pretty internet proficient, but, boy, since I switched from AOL, I feel like an idiot!!!

So, the question is, why, when someone sends me an email that has a picture in it or an attachment with it and I try to forward it, the picture and/or the attachment doesn't go with it???

I have MSN and I have never had a problem like that. Maybe some settings can be changed. I would call customer service.
