Was wondering if anybody was interested in doing the secret santa/mom thing for the holiday season? I know I really enjoyed it the last several yrs..

It depends on my finances but to be honest with you I want to just to get a littel enjoyment out of something. So count me in. I am crafty and can come up with allot of cute things for not allot of $$$.

"He put up his Christmas tree last week.." WHAT!??? It aint time for that yet! ROFL I thought some stores were bad for putting their Halloween stuff on CLEARANCE already. Oh well, I want in...INTO THE LIST for this if it's a go, and if it don't cost me an arm & leg 'cause I can't afford much, really. We try to have a nice Christmas for our 2 kids- but sometimes it's pretty slim

I'd love to do Secret Santas. It's always fun. But how do you do SS on the internet with people you don't know or anything about? Do you mail presents or what? How often? I want to do it, but I need to know how it works so that I don't wind up being the goofball that messes everything up. Thanks!

Last year we sent them to Bea. (that worked out great, BTW)
Last yr was great we had a menu set up strictly for anon posts for secret santa we did a $15 limit and also had the option to add more if we liked. We opened the like the 16th of the month and we started right around a little before thanksgiving with the emails.
I am so excited about this. I missed it last year but am going to do it this year for sure. It sounds like so much fun!

Colors, styles, etc.? Home Decor & Colors & Preferences? Do you prefer to relax at home or be out & about? Try to explain why and what you do for fun or relaxation. Musical Likes, if any (jazz, classical, etc.)---and do you own a CD or cassette player ? Book Likes (mystery, biography, etc)? Do you collect anything? Your shirt size? Your Hobbies/Interests? Wants/Ideas (need more towels? perfume?, etc.) Things to Avoid (allergies, don't need more earrings, hate grape jelly?, etc.) How much time will you have to keep in touch with your match? 1. A lot 2. Some or Little 3. Quite a bit! Would you be willing to have more than one mom? Would you be willing to ship internationally? If you have participated in the Secret Santa Exchange before, please list those you sent gifts to. Jackie and I will match folks up, and send you an email with a copy of your recipient's questionnaire. You then can post anonymous greetings and hints on Mom's View or send them by email.**** ****You'll need to set up a bogus email address to do this. On or before November 30th, you must ship your gift worth AT LEAST $15.00 to your recipient. We'll pick a day that is good for most of us to open gifts in tandem.
