Cooking help?
I just took beef grilling ribs out of the freezer. I want to cook them up for dinner(but not grill them). I have never cooked ribs before. I was thinking I could marinate them and then bake them or roast them in oven. How long though... or what temp? fiona
I do this all the time - I first sprinkle them all over with Adolph's meat tenderizer, then baste one side of them (once they're on the rack that I place on an aluminum-lined baking sheet) with barbecue sauce. I bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, then turn them, and baste again with bbq sauce. I put them in for another 15 minutes, then cut into one to check if they're done the way we like them. They are SO tender, and my family loves them!
Thanks Kay! Turned out awesome! fiona
I'm really glad it worked out for you - it sure is an easy way to have a tasty entree. I'm betting you can use a variety of type of sauces to baste it with for a change in taste - I'm thinking of experimenting.
