I am getting ready for job interviews this morning, did my hair so nicely, and sprayed it. But, I so seldom do much with my hair other than blow it dry and hold it back with a band. So, I didn't read the label, and when I happily thought I was using hair spray to hold my hair, I was using conditioning mist. Fortunately, a look in the mirror told me something was wrong, so I read the labels, re-did my hair, and this time used hair SPRAY.

Next time, I'll read the labels first!

One morning last year I was running late and I had two little people at home and I was homeschooling a music group at a local homeschool center. Well, I went to brush my teeth and realized I had put DESITIN INSTEAD OF TOOTHPASTE ON MY TOOTHBRUSH!!! I was tasting Desitin the rest of the day! First interview went really well. I met one of the attorneys - the other is out of town. I meet him Friday morning. They seemed to really like me and I think I would like them.

The second interview was not great. I am not impressed with the firm and I don't think I would meet their needs.

The third was with an agency, and she seems enthusiastic - though my salary requirements will make it tough. An agency tomorrow and maybe a second agency, and the call back on Friday.

I would love to have an offer by Monday and am really hoping the second interview goes well.

Good interview. They have called back one other person. The attorney I hadn't met before described a situation and I responded with a solution he hadn't thought of and it was a good one - and on my way home I thought of an additional piece to that solution and emailed it to the HR person.

Then, the two attorneys, the HR person, the office manager, and the head of the attorneys' department (it is his budget) meet and decide who to make an offer to and how much. They tell me I will hear "early next week". I am really, really hoping.

And a callback on another job Monday afternoon.

And I've used hairspray each time!
