LOL Thanks for asking Tonya... I will post some good news soon, hopefully by the end of the week. I don't mean to tease... I promise I'll spill the beans ASAP. hint: I'm not pregnant, lol that was Cori's guess!! The kids are doing great, talking more each day, and we are still in the process of Shane's ECI evaluation. The job is going well... heck of a drive, but worth it! BTW Tonya, how are you? I bet Jade is getting big!! How is Timmy?

Kids are doing great. Today was Timmy's first day in 1st grade I cried! He laughed!! Jade is 6 1/2 months old and getting huge she is now 18# 7oz and 28in lg. 95% for weight and 98% for height. Big girl. She is crawling all over has 2 teeth on the bottom and is try hard to sit up on her own and I swear she is saying dada but was told no by my mom but we will see tonight when I get home. She just started it yesterday with this new noise I swear that is what it is. I hope not I want mama to be 1st but I lost with Timmy so I will with her too probably.

Ok, I can spill... DRUMROLL PLEASE!
I AM DIVORCED!!! I got custody of the kids. The reason I knew it was going to work out with the custody battle is I found out my ex had a secret he had kept from all of us. He was arrested on 21 March, 5 days after he was served with the divorce petition, for a DWI. It's sad that he messed up so bad, but I was very concerned for the kids' safety because of his drinking and irresponsibility. His DL was suspended b/c of his guilty plea 2 weeks ago, and he continued driving the kids around after that. Well, the attorney ad litum found this out from the newspaper, and told me. He'll have visitation and stuff, as long as he is not driving. I'm just really relieved, it's FINALLY over!!!! Thanks everyone, for the support and encouragement... it means a lot!!!

LOL sorry everyone, Nate had actually popped the question before Christmas last year. Quick, I know, but we kept it quiet since I wasn't actually divorced yet. His first question today was "when can we get married?" (legally 60 days, but we're going to wait, so our families can be here and his middle brother can be his best man). Thanks again all!!!
