Quick Question
I know that this probably belongs on the cooking board, but I am going to the store now, and need a quick answer. I am making Italian Meat Loaf tonight, saw the recipe on the board, but I already have minsed garlic. Do I need cloves or can I just use what I have? If I can, how much do i use?
On the jar it should say how many tsp makes a clove of garlic. I love buying the already minced stuff, but just ran out. I think it may be 1 tsp per clove needed, but I am not sure.
