Mom, do you know where my pink sandals are?
Mommy, where's my Bratz doll's comb?
Honey, have you seen my glasses?

I am the keeper of everyone's STUFF. By no means are my kids or DH lazy, it just seems to fall on me to "know" where things are...the funny thing is, I usually do!

Now, tonight, I a trying to find the booklet to my camera. I keep it in one place...or so I thought! Does it drive you nuts, too, when you can't find something?

I just said aloud, "Honey, have you seen the booklet to my camera?" No one answered.

I (Honey, Mom, Mommy) will have to look tomorrow.

I know exactly what you mean and I always know where everyone else's things are! I haven't figured out why that is. My dh will look for something for 15 minutes and when I ask what he's looking for, I can tell him its exact location! He says it's because I always put things in strange places...like shoes in the closet!

I always ask Dh and DD if they think I can magically pull what ever thay want out of my belly button. They believe I know where everything is at all times- Well usually I do.

I have a friend back in Maryland that has a saying. "It did not fall into my outstreched hand, therefore I could not find it." She says that's what her dh and kids problems are.

I know what you mean Annie. The worst is when I tell my girls "I don't know where they are. Go look for them." and they stand in one spot, turn their head around once and then ask me again!
