.... you know, the heat patches! Its that time of the month and my cramps are in full gear for some reason. I hate popping pills so I bought the ThermaCare for cramps and it works wonders. So for you girls out there that hate pills as much as I do, get em! Theyre great!

And yes, i'm a bit sad that nothing cooking in my oven this month... gotta try a little harder, darn it! LOL!

LOL Us old folks used hot water bottles. I still use one for my icy feet on cold winter nights.
