Buying Cars!!!! Well, its really not that great. We went "looking" at trucks last night and our "looking and price comparing" ended up having us drive off the lot in a new 2004 Checy Silverado 1500. Its nice... 38K nice!! We actually had a great deal (7500 in rebates) but by time DH traded in his car which was negative equity we were pretty broke! I've decided this is his hobby because look at this list of vehicles hes bought (and traded in) in the last 3 years:

1999 Toyota Tacoma
1996 Ford Ranger
2001 Nissan Sentra
2002 Nissan Sentra Se-R Spec V

and now we have:
2001 Saturn L300
2004 Chevy Silverado 1500

Now he wants to get rid of my car soon and get me the Chevy Avalanche i've been drooling over but i'm pooped from spending unneeded hours at car dealerships! Why cant he have a cheaper hobby?

Fortunately, my hubby just likes to look. Whenever I'm gone doing something at night he thinks it's a great excuse to go look at cars. He's tried to get me to go look with him, but he's finally realized it bores me to death.

My Dh likes cars too, but he's into the classic cars and not the newer ones. Fortunately, he realizes just how expensive it is and knows he can't indulge in this hobby, but he does spend a lot of time drooling over them. LOL
