we have a chance to buy our own place,but there are some obsticles.our credit is not as good as it should be,but it's not totally bad.i have been praying for over 7 yrs (actually much longer than that !!)for a place of our own.but we had a lot of issues that we had to work through.and thats ok,because we are MUCH better people now than we were then.i really feel that this could be God's timing,and we have found an INCREDIBLE deal.so please help me pray about this. thank you !!!!!!! wanda

I am in the mortgage business myself, but I have also been on the other side of the fence when trying to buy our home. I lost my job at one point and our credit suffered, as a result, it was hard even with my professional background to get us into this house. I prayed and begged God to help us get this house. He came through for us in a big way! Not only did we get the house but the seller lowered the price quite a bit to go ahead and get out from under it.
