for the Memorial Day weekend??
DH's Grandma's funeral is Saturday:( Then we have a baseball game Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon for DS. Then on Monday its DH's 42nd birthday, so I am thinking of a cook out and cake if the weather holds out. They are calling for rain here for Monday.
Hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend!

I am so sorry to hear about your DH"s Grandmother. I hope everyone is ok.

We are having a cookout on Saturday with my DH's Family and on Sunday we are having a cookout with our neighbors.

My brother has a baseball tournament all weekend too.

Sorry to hear about your husbands grandmother!
My sister and her family are coming.
I am so excited about it! We have not seen her in two long years. It will be fun. We are hitting the outlet mall on Saturday while the boys are fishing on the boat. Sunday will be a big BBQ and Monday they will be heading home.

It has finally stopped raining so this weekend, I am planting my veg gardens and mulching the flower beds. Sunday, dh has an all day mountain bike ride and has invited the guys he's going with back here for a cookout, my sister might come too. Not sure about Monday yet.

Sorry about your Dh's grandmother :(

As long as the weather is as nice as the forecasters predict it's going to be, we plan on painting the living room and hanging new drapes. We'll probably cook-out on Sun. or Mon.

We will hopefully be going with my mom (Bubbels) and family to the beach for the weekend if Mike does not have to work. I would really like the kids to see the beach, it has been a long time. Have fun everyone!

Nothing. The last few weeks have been very busy so I'm looking forward to a quiet, relaxing weekend with my family. We hope to go see Shrek 2.

My son left this am for Washington DC, he is playing with his school orchestra as part of the celebration weekend for the dedication of the WWII Veteran's Memorial. Monday, we are going over to my dad's for a family swim party.

We don't have many plans. I am sick with strep . I started antibiotics yesterday, so I am hoping I feel better by this weekend. We are going to a minor league baseball game Sat. night and I want to go to the outlet mall and get the boys some sandals for summer. Other then that, we have no plans. I am looking forward to having nothing to do.

By Vicki on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 03:07 pm:

We have no big set in stone plans. The weather looks to be good, so we will most likely go out on the boat at least one day. I took dd to see Shrek 2 on Sunday while dh was on a golf outing and she mentioned wanting him to take her again so he could see it!! LOL I think she just wants to go again!! Other than that, no big plans, which is good because it feels like life has been going a million miles an hour and the break will be nice!!!

By Babysitbarb on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 03:10 pm:

we have a couple graduation party's that we are invited to but, the oldest DD is having her wisdom teeth out tomorrow so it will depend on how she feels. We also have plans to go to the zoo with my DSIL and Niece.

I'm helping Jen with a bridal shower she is giving on Saturday.

My sister from CA is coming in Friday night, so I imagine I'll spend some time with her and my mom.

DH has to work Sat. and Sun, but we are both off Monday, so I'm not sure what we are doing.

I'm hoping Jules and Madison will come visit.

By Mommyathome on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 09:25 pm:

We will be having a house full of company, as usualy for memorial day. Sometimes I wish we could have a memorial day with no company :) Just a lazy weekend with DH and the kids.

By Children03 on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 09:56 pm:

We are going to a friend's farm where all of our friends will be and having a barbeque picnic and then going for a swim in the pool.

By Cocoabutter on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 10:09 pm:

Picnic? Outside? HA! It's going to RAIN in Michigan! :(

Maybe we'll get lucky and we'll at least be able to cook out. There's a chance of rain Sun. nite, Mon. and Mon. nite.

Sheeeeesh!

My DH has a wedding to perform Friday night and then we are hitting the road Saturday for a weeklong vacation. First a brief stop in Branson, MO to Silver Dollar City, then onto Carthage, MO (where we used to live) for 2 days to visit with old friends--can't wait!, and then finally to Mountain Home, AR where we have a cabin on a lake reserved. The first part will be really hectic, but the last half of the week promises to be very relaxing. I'm so excited!!
