Eve, I never worked in the nursing home, but my dad lived in one for 10 years before he died. We spend thousands of hours there and became quite accustomed to what goes on. We had our share of complaints, that's for sure! We also became quite close with quite a few of the employees. Feel free to e-mail me if you think I can help.

Thanks, everyone. I'm going to try to email you all. I've been plagued by morning sickness, so I have been in bed for 2 days! I really would love some more opinions. The situation is definately eating at me. Thanks, also to those who have emailed me.
