I am just so darn excited!
We finally found a house!
Its in a great little town in Lancaster county
Pa called New Holland. We put in a bid and found out a day and a half later that we got it! We even
got the $2,000 seller assist we ask for!
We went driving around the town on Sat and we found a pool and a park 5 min down the street
from our new home. Its even on the same street as ours and my son is thrilled! He is still worried about moving ( he is 10 ) He will be leaving 3 friends that he sees everyday here. Its is so pretty in Lancaster county and you see the Amish everywhere. I love seeing the buggys going by.
Its so hot here today and the house we are buying
just had central air put in. The people who are living in the house now are to be moving the end of July. They are having a brand new house built.
Just wanted to let you all know. July seems forever away right now!!
