I paid $2.049 today. When I got home two of my sons and a friend compared, and the best any of us have seen in the past week is $2.019. I've seen as high as $2.199 and $2.239 (this is all for "regular").

Well here on base its about 2.50 but off base it is almost 5 bucks a gallon right now with the exchange rate!! To fill up our wagoneer off base it would be almost 100 bucks!

$1.94 In St. Louis a couple days ago. I stopped filling at $15.00 and it only filled my tank halfway. I would hate to have a minivan or any big car like that. A friend was filling her minivan and decided to stop at $36.00 and I think she only made it to 3/4 of a tank. It's ridiculous. I haven't noticed what it is today.

I live in Oklahoma and we are paying 1.92 at walmart. When we first moved here almost 6 years ago we were paying .88 I would love to go back to that time. It costs us over 50.00 to fill hubbys truck. which we haven't did that in awhile

We're paying $1.90 as of yesterday. I'm SOOOOOOOO grateful for Nate's Jetta... it's a diesel!It takes about $27 to fill my truck, and only $20 to fill his. Plus, his tank lasts us at least a week with both of us driving it. As far as $3/gal this summer, I don't doubt it!!

Don't know about $3 a gallon, but everything I hear on the radio says gas will be at least $2+ a gallon for a while. There are rumors - and they are only rumors - that the administration has made a deal with Saudi Arabia to have the price of gas go down several weeks before the November elections.

I do know the price of crude from OPEC is as high as it has been in at least 20 years, but according to my local newsradio station the OPEC ministers have agreed that at their next meeting, in a week or two, they will increase the amount of oil they ship - no comments about the price they will be charging.

P.S. I'm in Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia - the gas station with the lower price I found today is in Philadelphia. Next weekend we go to my son+dil's for a holiday get-together in NJ, where gas is always $.10 to $.20 lower, so whichever of us drives will fill up there.

Gas station near us has been at 2.05 for a long time. Didn't drive past it today, so I don't know if it has changed. At other locations in town, it was at 2.09.

We paid $2.68 (yes, $2.68) a gallon in Baker California last Sunday. The cheapest gas we found after we got into SanDiego was $2.30-$2.40.

We were very happy to get back home yesterday and find that gas prices here are *only* $2.18. LOL

I can't believe how high the prices are.

Vancouver, BC was at 99.9¢ CAD / litre this weekend! That's 67.04¢ US / litre or about $2.53 US a gallon (I think). And that's just for regular.
