Yesterday I went to read my email and for some reason Netscape was doing strange things and locking up the computer -- I must have tried at least 4 times to read my email. FINALLY I was able to get into my inbox without the computer locking up, BUT, when I went to read my mail, my inbox was empty! All my messages are gone!!!!! Where would they have gone? I didn't delete them. AAhhhrrrggggg!!!!!! Has anyone else had this happen to them? and is there a way to get back my messages?

We use Norton and check for updates daily, as well as checking for Windows updates. We also use Adaware and Spybot daily to remove spyware.
