Our house is on the market as of today. Yikes. Of course, last night all three, that's right, all three kids wet their beds. How's that for timing??? Please wish me luck, not just with sell vibes, but also that I will keep my sanity as I keep this house clean enough to show for who know's how long. LOL.

Trina, we will still be in the same area, just off the mountain. We are in escrow on a house contingent on the sale of our house. It will take 25 minutes each way off of dh's commute and puts us much closer to the kids activities. Right now it takes us 30 minutes to get to the field where the boys play baseball. The new house will be ten minutes away. I love our community and if it turns out our house doesn't sell I am not heartbroken. But there are a lot of benefits to leaving the mountain, especially now before the kids hit middle school. We only have an elementary school on our mountain so once middle school comes they will be going to school 30 minutes away. So it makes sense to do it now, even though we do absolutely love where we live.

Good luck on the house selling. My girls have to ride the bus along time since we are in Indiana but, a 1/4 of a mile from Ohio. They hate it.
