Before you buy ...
Before you buy anything, always check Ebay. Today, I was in the department store and bought body lotion for $40.00. Later on, when I got home, I checked Ebay on a whim and plugged in the name of the product. I was able to buy it for half the price, including shipping! You'd think I'd know by now not to buy retail ... Anyway, just wanted to pass this along. I really didn't think of Ebay for personal products like make-up and perfume. Ame
You name it I have probably bought it on ebay (or sold it lol). I buy Mary Kay make-up for cheaper than my mother in law can get it (She is a rep). Even with the cost of shipping I get is for less (and have the bonus of not dealing with my inlaws) Over the years I have found a lot of things that I couldn't find locally and at a cheap price. For example my husbands favorite toy as a child was a humpty dumpty pillow. He always said he wished he had it so his son could have one. Last year at Christmas I surprised him (and both kids) when they opened two gifts from daddy (he didn't know) that were THE humpty dumpty pillows that were brand new old stock still in packages from the 60's! Like Ame said "try ebay first" you might be pleasantly surprised! Yvonne
Yesterday I bought some $35 (not including s&h) Stampin Up Stamps on Ebay for $21 including shipping. I agree you should always give ebay a try if you know what you are looking for.
Andi....did you get the flower ones???
I just bought my mom a cake plate in the pattern that her Great Grandmother had and I found one local in town and she wanted 45.00 for it and it had a small chip found it on ebay excellent condition and paid 15.00 including shipping and handling. It will make a great Mothers day Gift.
