I got the results back yesterday in the mail from Gerber. They informed me that the hair that I sent them came from a cow at the processing plant. I guess it could have been worse. They sent me a coupon for 24 free jars of baby food or baby juice, and a $5 coupon off the purchase of any Gerber product.
They were extremly nice and I feel like they handled it well.
I'm pleased that they actually told me what the hair was from. I figured that was the last I'd hear from them. I'm just going to leave it at this and hope that it doesn't happen again.

Excellent customer service they have...at least they responded. It pays to speak up especially with something like that.

Not to be cynical, but would they really tell you if it was a human hair? (I mean that in a funny way, It probably wasn't I'm sure they have VERY high QC standards)
