A client of my husband's made the most delicious flan for him to take home. I love flan, but it's very filling and I can only eat it in small amounts. Can it be successfully frozen and defrosted? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

No don't freeze it. It will separate and turn to mush. I wish you could ship it to me. LOL I love flan. Invite a few friends in and enjoy
