I've had a busy 3 days. On Saturday, dh and I painted and papered my masterbath. We have just moved in last Nov and I was so sick of all the white walls in the house. So I started to add color by beginning with my masterbath. I was hoping for the romantic Victorian look.

hopefully I can get the pics to load so you can see what we did.






Then Sunday and Monday, my parents came over to help do yard work. Our yard/driveway is a total mess from the contractor. Large piles of dirt and tons of rocks! So we moved dirt and scraped it level and picked rocks. Its starting to look nice. This week its to rain so hopefully this weekend we can get it seeded so I'll have so grass. Then I can start with my landscaping and flowers like someone else posted about.

The color is Rich Amethyst. I sponged it so it would have a softer more marbled antique look.

I love the look of it and it does look so much better then plain white walls. My next project will be my half bath with peach/yellow.
