Paranormal State...have you seen this show??
I was GLUED to the TV for TWO HOURS last night!!! I never watch TV for that long, much less something of that nature. Did any of you see the episodes last night? Paranormal State It documents college student researchers who go to various situations and help families solve paranormal activity in their household, etc. They even *prayed* before each session. It was so gripping! The first episode, there was a girl in Las Vegas who was 14 and saw a girl in her room who shook her bed. She said the girl was pregnant, had time in a juvenille detention center and had bruises on her neck and a scar on her lip. They investigated and found out that a girl had died in San Antonio and that she was raped, murdered, and left to die with the same exact description. No one knew, outside of the immediate family, that the girl was 3 months pregnant and spent time in juvy, so the girl couldn't have read up on it in the newspaper. They showed the picture of the dead girl to the girl in Las Vegas and her sketches matched the picture of the girl. They even set up motion detectors in various houses and they were going off like crazy. The tenants seemed so relieved that these students were there. Did any of you see this??????
I did not see this but wish I had because it sounds terribly interesting to me! I rarely watch TV except for football, Survivor, and American Idol, LOL. I was probably scrapping, but I would have pulled myself away I knew this was on.
Oh yes, I have seen the show. I, too, was mesmerized. I like that show and Ghost Hunters on SciFi. The Ghost Hunter guys are from here in Rhode Island. They are actually plumbers by trade. They would go into buildings to work and the owners would report, or they would experience, paranormal activity. I have to say, tho, that Paranormal State seems to get more positive "hits" on the identities of the spirits. I definitely believe in that stuff. I think that we all leave energy behind when we pass away, and if we have unfinished business, I think that sometimes we might look to the folks still "here" to resolve it.
