If so,did you have to take some sort of test from your regular Dr.or go to a specialist ?
Is there much that can be done ?

I've heard adult ADD is helped by taking ritalin. The other info. you want, I have no idea.

Before we moved a couple years ago our neighbor had ADD. He was dx'd in his late 20's I believe, and put on ritalin. He's in his late 40's, I say now. It did help him and he said he noticed a difference if he didn't take it. He was also a successful business owner (operaters his own roofing company). You could ask your regular doc, but he/she may refer you to a psychologist (sp?). Check out this website. I just did a quick search. You can search for more if you want.
