If so, has it been slow the past couple of days, I know they are redoing things again, but this is ridiculous.

We do and I just recently noticed a little blurb on my most recent bill saying that they are upgrading our internet speed for free but in order to activate it you have to unplug your modem for 60 seconds and plug it back in. Maybe try that and see if it helps.

Thanks Janet, not this weekend but last weekend out cable was out most of the weekend. It locks up and is really slow
