My dh was invited to the 50th wedding anniversary party of one of his customers. Do you have any suggestions for a gift?

Although they may not want gifts, my mom used to say the older you get the less you feel like cleaning "trinkets."

Gift certificates to restaurants would be nice!

I'm trying to think when I'm that age what would I like;)

I think it would be cute to get them a date! Maybe gift certificates to a movie and then dinner certificates too. If you have something else in your area like...oh, I don't know...anything that could be done on a date...putt putt golf and dinner...something along those lines would be cute!!

I would go with a gift certificate too! Maybe put together a little date basket like Vicki mentioned. Put in a certificate to a nice restaurant. Maybe some new earrings for her and a new tie clip for him. Come up with a cute little saying to go in with it.
I wouldn't go with trinkets or anything like that.....they usually have plenty by then!
