The store was out of my usual furniture cleaner so I bought some spray, which I am not very fond of anyway. It was horrible, so I found a recipe to make some. It was awsome, it got rid of all the grease off my cabinets and made everything so shiny and beautiful. It even got rid of a real light drink ring on an end table.

I made it with 1/4 cup lemon juice (removes buildup) and 1/2 cup olive oil. I sprinkled it on the table and on the rag. It worked great and was inexpensive to make.

Hey and if you have any left you can just toss yourself a salad when you are done!

Christine, I'm going to try this. I have very few kitchen cabinets and they are probably as 50+ years old. They are really pretty. But I haven't found anything that really cleans them.

I have to get some olive oil though!
