My current Roomba (which I dearly love in spite of its problems) spased out on me. Well, I called customer service and they are sending me a brand new Roomba. This will be my 4th new Roomba. I have also had two batteries shipped seperately and three charging adapters mailed to me.

I must say their customer service is top notch. They hear the problems and IMEDIATELY ship out whatever they think will fix the problem. I just have such a difficult time thinking that I am the only one who has had so much trouble.

My mom got one, and she has trouble w/ battery holding the charge (she has the newer fancy model). I've not met anyone else who owns one to compare their results.

Just thought I'd share incase anyone is considering a purchase. It is the most WONDERFUL invention ever made and well worth the money *IF* it worked properly. I will be so happy when they get it workign without glitches.

It is the vacume that runs itself. Looks like a flying saucer. And 4 of them?? Well hopefully that they are taking in account every time someone calls in and fixing that issue before they make more. I might wait 10 years and buy one. Because at this rate it is going to take them that long to get it doing what it is supposed to do... LOL Good luck with #4.... Now it has it's name...

a friend of ours is on his 7th romba ..tho he swears by it ...he says that he knows the customer service people by name lol but he loves his also
