Not long ago, I read a piece that may or may not have been in "Chicken Soup for the Christian Soul." It was about death, and compared the person dying to someone leaving on a ship. Those on this side of the sea will say, "Look, there she goes." But then those on the other side, upon seeing the sails, will say, "Look, here she comes!" I've been wanting to find it, and can't. Can any of you smart women (or men!) point me in the right direction? TIA!

Janet, my mom's bishop gave me this when she passed away, it was a little book on grieving. I'm not sure what you need it for but it did truly bring me comfort when many many things did not at that time. It looks like you found it but if you are still searching, post again and I'll bring the book out.

No, I haven't found it. If it's not too long, I'd like to have it e-mailed to me, but I would settle on just knowing where exactly to find it or who the author is. I only mentioned the Chicken Soup book because I thought I might've read it in there. The websites I've been given here only lead me to the C.S. book, and don't list what's actually in them. So yes, I'm still looking.
