Since all of you were so helpful in helping me choose a gift, I thought I would share my big news!! My niece, Miss Ava Rose was born today at 2:59 pm. She weights 8 lbs 8 ozs, and mom and baby are doing great. We are on our way out now to go see them. I am so excited!

Thank you!!! I just got home from the hospital and Ava is just perfect. She is absolutely amazing. Mom is tired but floating on air at the moment. 8 year old Alec was just infatuated with his new cousin. Thank you for the well wishes! Now I just have to get the new mommy to join us here on the board!
