What's for dinner?
tonight ladies. Inspire me!
I don't know what we're doing tonight since dh has a class. Kids and I will probably have hot dogs or something easy. HOWEVER, Schwan's came today and I got some good stuff for later this week and weekend. We got shredded beef bbq, chicken cordon bleu, stuffed pizza, mmmmm... Good stuff. Sorry I can't inspire you much. We've got a busy week so we're doing easy stuff.
the kids are eating early tonight. I made a hotel style turkey breast w/stuffing, mashed potatoes, cran sauce, corn and sweet potato. Not sure what dh and I are doing for dinner.
dh just called, he and I are going out and his mother is babysitting. I love living next to my mother in law!
pork chops, stuffing and corn!!
Enchaladas, rice and a peach cobbler dessert. Gotta go and get started.
Meatloaf Mashed pototaos gravy green beans and rolls
I have a turkey in the crockpot, going to serve it with wild rice, mushrooms, squash and a salad.
Ziti with salad and garlic toast. Yum!
Im not feeling well, so it's just grilled cheese and tomato soup tonight.
frozen pizza and mac and cheese.
We had tuna noodle casserole. DS doesnt like tuna so he had pizza cause that is all he wants to eat for the past 3 days.
I totally love this because I am often stumped for a good idea for dinner. Tonight me and henrietta(our special needs roomate) had veggie hotdogs and soup. Dh had rice and beans(has to eat that everyday-he's brazilian)and some meat and potatos that I cooked in the pressure cooker.I made him a big salad, then ate the leftovers of that while washing the dishes(pregnant and hungry). Tomorrow I will make more rice and beans, and a vegetarian chickpea curry(I am vegetarian),and an indian dish that is a whole caulifower sauted and steamed with tomato and spices. It is so delicious and easy to make(a very good party dish because no one ever expects a whole caulifower to come to the table)...if anyone wants the recipe I will post it in the recipe section....
Oops....I need a meat for dh and henrietta.....maybe I will venture to make some kind of a chicken curry-or even better...I have some shredded cooked chicken in the freezer. I will just add that to their curry. I am so smart!
