Little miss Elizabeth Joy was born at 9:50 pm (EST) on February 1st. She weighed in at 6lbs 6 oz and was 21 inches long. Jenn says that little Elizabeth looks just like Chad & Jess did as newborns and she has beautiful strawberry blonde hair
Mom and baby are both doing great!!

I will post the whole nightmare ending of my pregnany later, but the birth was quick. Here is a summary of having Elizabeth.

I started with the contractions on Sun night right when Superbowl started. I waited an hour to see if they were on a pattern and about 7 pm est I left for the hospital. I got there about 730pm and went and got checked out. I was 5cm and 100% efaced. My doctor got there at 945 and he checked me out. I was 10cm but my water needed to be broken. Well he did that and left to go let the OR know that they broke my water just in case I would need an emergancy c-section. I felt the need to push, so I did. Oops. I stopped and yelled Someone catch her!!! There was a nurse and my support team(they were watching football), well they turned and looked and Elizabeth's head was out. I pushed again and by then everyone was in the room. She was out. Elizabeth was born at 949pm.

They put her in the warmer and had to suck poop out of her mouth and nose because she was so fast. She had some brusing on her head and a small scratch on her head. The scratch was from when they broke my water and her head was coming out also. She is perfect though.

I had NO pain killers and tore pretty bad. They did give me potosin after because my body was not ready when she came out. I also had a bunch of other meds that helped with all this. I am doing better now except I am very sore down there.

Here is her very first picture plus another one and later I'll show some more. This is big, but you will see why.
