Is there a way to change my user name without registering as a new user?

I am wanting to do this because the Annie2871 is an old one that I used and was from really a "bad" time in my life and I would like a new one that I use on other message boards and for other internet related things.

Sorry I do not know, may be the moderators will let you know, I would think you would have to resign up, but maybe they can do something for you, also, maybe they can answer another question, if you want to edit your post, how do you edit the title?
