Indianapolis is #17 on the fat side, but down from #12 last year, so that's good!

From our area, San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland all made the fit list. Every time my mom comes out from back east she comments on how everyone here looks so in shape. And I definitely see a difference in overall fitness when I travel back to my home state as well. Our weather is so mild here that it really gets people outside and moving. Back east it is so darn hot and humid in the summer and absolutely freezing in the winter that I can see why it's harder to get out and exercise there.

Of course Honolulu is #1, you have to be skinny if your wearing a bathing suit all year long! LOL I wished i lived THERE!
