My 8 year old dd decided she no longer liked her daybed. (I agree with her) I went to a Thrift store today and found a headboard and footboard for 3.98 and got the bedrails for 20.00 and some paint. Her room has an animal print theme, mostly leopard, so I am painting the bed black. She has a bookcase in her room that I think I will also paint black. I am so excited!! I'll let you know how it goes!
