I am so excited! I can't believe how excited! My brother just found out yesterday he is going to be a dad. It is a complete and total surprise, he and his girlfriend just moved in together the beginning of this month. We always joke about the amount of summer birthdays in our family and now there's going to be another!

Congratulations! My 5 nephews and 1 niece are so special to me, but there's NOTHING like the first one. My "first one" just turned 14 and he will always be "my baby". When I look at him I still see him in my mind the way he was around 1 or 2 yrs old and we were together all the time. I'm so happy for you! (and your brother of course)

Congrats!!! What is the due date? I'm much older than my blood siblings, but I call my best friend's sons my "nephews". This summer, my ex-husband's sister had a baby boy. I'm close with his sisters, since they live in Nebraska and often take the kids for visits, so I'm "sorta" an aunt to the new baby. It's a fun title, I was super close to my aunt, uncle, and cousins growing up!!

She's due August 12th. There hasn't been a baby in my immediate family in forever that didn't come from me! Yay! A baby to love and play with! I know my brother is going to be a great dad.

congrats...i have 6 nieces and 3 nephews and it's so much fun = ) we actually had 5 nieces and 1 nephew over last night for a party...
