We got our kids the Wii for Christmas. We now need to get some games for it too. I think dh already got one of the Mario games. We want to get the Dance Dance Revolution that goes with the Wii but are not sure which one to get. Online there seems to be more than one kind to choose from? There is a Party Mix one and a few other choices.
Does anyone have any input or recommendations?

I'm still trying to find one for my kids! But I know that I saw a game called playground that looks like a lot of fun. It has interactive Dodge Ball, and a couple of other play ground games on it. If I luck up and get the Wii, then I want to get this game. Also, my little boy is a huge mario and sonic fan, so he really wants the new Mario/Sonic olymic game.

If you check out games online at Walmart or something, you can get info on them.

I looked it up and there is only one Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii. There is a GameCube game called DDR Mario Mix which can be played on the Wii (all GameCube games can be played on the Wii, but not vice versa.) I'm not sure which other game you are referring to, but gamefaqs.com is a great website for info on all video games.

Adena, look on ebay there are a lot of new ones being sold there. But they are going for a lot more than they sell them for in the store.

We got one a couple of months ago. Let me tell you it is family F-U-N! Anyway, we have Wii Play and Wii Fun. Not sure which one came with it, that's DH's area!

We have the Wii. So far the favorite games are the Mario Olympics and a Madden game.

We have the DDR for Playstation not the Wii. If it is the same concept, it is a lot of fun.
