Pizza, anyone?
My dh told me last night that the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is a HUGE pizza night. So, out of curiosity, is anyone ordering pizza tonight? And if it was just a hint from dh telling me what we should have for dinner tonight, then he's outtta luck. We're having Top Ramen! LOL
I ordered it last night so it's a no-go for our family but I used to work at a pizzeria and tonight will be an insane night for most pizza places.
Who wants to cook the day before turkey day. We are having stuffed peppers that I throw in the oven! Wish I had thought of PIZZA!!LOL
We live too far out for anyone to deliver, so no pizza for us. We are grilling steaks.
We are having homemade pizza
Dh mentioned ordering pizza, but I already got out hamburger for taco salad. I bet the pizza shops will be very busy tonight though!
We are having a DiGiorno tonight, but that's because it's ds's birthday and he requested pizza.
Happy Birthday to your ds = ) and i don't know what danny and the boys are having but i have to work = ( ...yay me lol..
MMMMMMM!! Taco salad sounds yummy to me!
Yep--we always have pizza the night before (no room for anything else in the fridge)
Well, since I read this post, I called dh and asked him to pick up Little Caesar's pizza for dinner!
We ordered Chinese
Salad for dinner here. I don't need the extra calories of pizza before Thanksgiving! LOL
We were going to have salmon, but it had spoiled, so we had salad with lemon-pepper chicken instead.
We went to Chili's. Two different families were celebrating birthdays. They were pretty crowded.
Danny ended up ordering pizza since it was our ds birthday and that's what he wanted...he actually wanted it the day before yesterday lol but since it was his birthday we had to give in = )
I actually had a glass of Chardonnay, hummus and crackers and a brownie! ROFL We had haircut appointments (and color/highlights for moi) after work, so I didn't get home till 8 PM, so it was fend for yourself. But, in all honesty, I've never had a *traditional* T'giving Eve meal. And I agree, who wants to cook the night before? Same as Christmas Eve - you are lucky if I even THINK about dinner on Christmas Eve! :-)
Christmas Eve is a special dinner at our house! I make lasagna, because it can bake while we are at church. Then, after supper, I make our Christmas morning egg bake and the jello that I take to my SIL's house (layered with red and green)! I love coming home from church with dinner all done. We just have to put out the salad and the slices of French bread, when we get home.
