the kids have their first 2 hour delay from school with about 6 inches of snow on the ground. BLAH!
I want summer back.

The snow is many miles north of my area, but I am driving over to NJ this morning to spend the day with my granddaughter, and intend to drive very carefully. I feel sorry for the people upstate - in some areas they have gotten 6 - 10 inches of snow. And I'm really glad I got new tires two weeks ago.

Oh, I just realized, Kate, we're in the same state. You must be in the Poconos area or maybe farther north. I'm just NW of Philadelphia - lower Montgomery County, and heading down to the Commodore Barry Bridge and straight through on Route 322 toward Mullica Hill.

Yes Ginny I am in the NE, up past Scranton PA.
They just closed the school. We have got snow this early years ago but we got spoiled the past few years.
Oh well snow day for the kiddos but I have to work 12-6.

Wow! It was 70 degrees here today in Ofallon, Illinois, we can't wait for it to snow but unfortunately we really get any here...

We had snow this morning too, here in Idaho. It was beautiful and it actually stuck for a while, until the temperature rose a little, but it was so cold all day.
