Moms View Message Board: General Discussion: Archive November 2007: My turn! Ds is going to the champioship game for Pop Warner!
Ds plays football for the Pop Warner Junior PeeWees. They won their semi-final game today in overtime, 12-6! It was a tense, exciting game. Ds had his best defensive game of the year, with several tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Next week, they play for the championship!!
That's so exciting! Good for him! Have fun, and don't stress too much! I think things like this are harder on the parents than the kids!

Thank you!! We are definitely all thrilled. His team did not even make play-offs last year, so this is huge for all those kids and the coaches. And, of course, the parents who have to run the household around the football schedule from August 1 through the end of play-offs!
