Anyone have/use a Cuttlebug?
I'm debating between this and the Cricut for Christmas. I've used a friend's Cricut and thought it was very cool, but it's also very expensive and I'm afraid that I will ultimately be disappointed when I can't just run out and buy a new cartridge when I get the urge. Also, I've done lots of research and read many negatives about replacing accessories and spending more $. I haven't tried the Cuttlebug personally, but again lots fo research. If anyone has one, and you have alphabet dies, can you tell me how large the letters are - what size range the letters are? Also if you have one, are there any negatives that you have found using it? I'm thinking that this one might be a better 'starter' for me overall, especially on my long term budget. Thanks!
Ummmmmmmmmmm Deanna, I have NO idea what you are talking about! LOL But - I'd love to know!
I also have no idea what you are talking about, but I'm interested in finding out. Please enlighten us!
Scrapbooking???? Kid blanket/toy???
I'm thinking she is talking scrapbooking! At first, I was like cartridge....game system? LOL! You can see the ones who don't scrapbook, can't you!
Yes, scrapbooking. LOL I don't have one, and can't afford to get one any time soon. I have, however, gone to scrapbooking stores to use what they have. I pay $2/hr, and can crop til I drop with their supplies. Well, I take my own paper, but I cut for the full hour. I have tons of die cuts because of this. It's a much cheaper way to go!
It is this: http://www.provocraft.com/products/index.products.php?cl=cuttlebug
Thanks anyway ladies! Yes, it's for scrapbook nerds!!! (like myself, LOL) I bought one today with the 40% coupon @ Hobby Lobby. I do EVERYTHING scrapbooking with the coupons! That's one reason I kind of changed my mind about the Cricut. Coupons are NOT valid on Cricuts, thus the price for everything is way higher. Not much cheaper on evil bay either.
