My mom needs a wireless weather resistant intercom system for her house, so that visitors can buzz her before she would unlock the door, I am having a heck of a time looking for one for her online. Does anyone have one or know where I can look? I would certainly appreciate it!!!

I would call an electrician. They will have some good sources. We just finished building a new house, and they (electricians) came fully prepared with all of the supplies ready to install.
If you don't want it professionally installed, you may find an electrician willing to sell you just the unit, or share his source.
